Return and Exchange Guidelines:
Initiate the Process: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your leather jacket to initiate the return or exchange process.

Item Condition: Ensure that the leather jacket is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for jackets that show signs of wear or damage.

Proof of Purchase: Provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, when contacting us for the return or exchange.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide a return authorization along with instructions on where to send the item.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the jacket received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Processing Time: Allow us a few business days to inspect the returned item and process your refund or exchange.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned jacket, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send out the requested exchange promptly.

Exceptions:
Customized or personalized leather jackets may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
